From hiring through to rewards, we’re a people-first company.
Trust is at the heart of our culture. We are transparent, honest and we overcome challenges together, working collaboratively. We believe how you approach your work is as important as what you produce.
United by a shared purpose to be a force for good, we’re transforming the way IT is used. This translates as a place to work that’s…
Ours and yours
Ideas are welcome from anyone, anywhere. We offer opportunities to move outside your lane. We want you to share your talent, whatever shape it comes in.
Authentically yours
The best you at work is the real you. That’s who we want turning up every day. So, we do all we can to empower your authentic self. That ranges from being open about mental and physical wellbeing, to having regular catch-ups.
Flexible from the off
We have offices in Manchester, UK, Aalborg, Denmark; and Roseville USA. From day one we encourage flexible working where you manage your own week. The majority of us work remotely or hybrid where possible but we know human connection is important too
Made for progress
You’ve invested in us, so we invest in you. From training and coaching that encourages growth in your discipline, to dedicated self-learning time and cross-functional projects. We want experts in circular economies, whatever your role.
Rewarding beyond remuneration
We understand people need to make a living and, as a small business, we offer a corporate equivalent benefits package. But a good place to work is so much more than money and benefits. We’ve everything in place to have fun together and connect. Even when we’re not in the same part of the world.

Ready to share your talent?
If you think we could work well together, we would love to hear more about you and your talent.
The internet has a physical footprint as it requires electricity to run the datacentres, the networking infrastructure and the devices we use to access it. This electricity produces a carbon footprint. Websites that are designed in an energy efficient manner produce less carbon. The more autoplay video, high res images and content on a site, the more energy it takes show this content- meaning a greater carbon footprint for the page.
Our Low Carbon Mode reduces energy consumption by displaying darker colours.
"OLED screens that light up each pixel individually are becoming increasingly popular. They present an opportunity for digital designers to save energy. As you might expect, darker colours require less energy to illuminate, with black being the lowest energy colour and white being the most energy intensive." sustainablewebdesign.org
We were inspired to build a more energy efficient site through our friend Gerry McGovern and from learning about Wholegrain digital. We consciously designed and built this site to highlight this issue by showing a standard and low carbon mode. Our standard mode is ‘cleaner’ than 95% of all other websites tested and we’re focussed on continually improving this.
